Summarize

What it does:

Creates a clear, structured summary for each candidate response—highlighting key strengths, skills, communication style, and suggested follow-up questions. Summaries appear directly in the response view and can also be accessed via API. Built to help reviewers quickly understand a response without losing its nuance.

Transcribe

What it does:

Automatically generates transcripts for audio and video responses in multiple languages. Transcripts appear alongside the recording and support instant keyword or theme search. They make reviews more accessible and allow teams to understand responses even when they don’t speak the same language.

Verified (Coming 2026)

What it does:

Combines verification signals from trusted sources—covering identity, education, work history, and skills etc. into a simple score. Works alongside Willo’s digital ID and document features to help reviewers gain confidence in candidate information. (Coverage and rollout will vary by region.)


Insights (Coming 2026)

What it does:

Helps identify patterns across interviews, such as shared skills, motivations, or attributes. Designed to guide decision-making and highlight where to look more closely, without replacing human judgement.


Benchmark

What it does:

Allows teams to set a threshold for scored questions. Candidates below that level are automatically moved out of the review flow and notified, so reviewers can focus on those who meet key requirements - such as visa eligibility or required certifications. Only Multiple-choice and Checkbox questions are used; open-ended or video answers are not.

Real Talk

What it does:

Analyses responses to indicate whether they appear Naturally Spoken, Potentially Scripted, or Potentially AI-Generated. Flags are shown in the dashboard with brief explanations to help reviewers focus on authenticity. The analysis runs automatically and does not require setup.
