Step by Step Guide on getting your Willo account set-up

Let’s get you set-up securely on Willo! 👋

Keeping your account secure is incredibly important to us, and we’ve made the setup process quick and easy so you can start hiring with confidence.


Here's what to do:

1. Set up the basics of your account

This helps personalize your experience and keeps things running smoothly.

  • Add your Location, Company Name, and Company Size
  • Add any Users or Admins you'd like

    (You can skip any of these steps if you’d prefer to get started faster)


2. Start your verification

To access all features, including inviting candidates, we’ll need to verify your account.

Here’s how:

  • Click the Willo icon (top left) to go to your homepage

    Click the red banner at the top of your screen

    Have these documents ready:

    • A valid photo ID (passport or driver’s license)
    • A business registration document (e.g. certificate of incorporation)
    • A recent utility bill (dated within the last 3 months showing your business address)

Complete the steps to verify your account – and you’re good to go!


✅ Once approved, you’ll have full access to invite candidates to assessments through Willo.
