We understand the importance of collecting all candidate interviews by a specific date, which is why we offer the "Submission Deadline" feature. This allows you to set a specific deadline for when candidates need to complete their interviews.

What is the Submission Deadline?

The Submission Deadline is a feature that enables you to specify a "Live Until" date for your interviews. This is the final date and time when candidates can submit their completed interviews. After this deadline, the interview will no longer be available for responses.

Setting Up a Submission Deadline

Setting a deadline is straightforward and helps you manage the recruitment process efficiently. Here’s how you can set it up:

1. Select the Interview: Choose the interview you wish to set a deadline for and click on 'Edit'.
2. Set the Live Until Date: Find the section labeled 'Submission Deadline' and enter the date and time, and timezone when you want the interview to close. Remember to use the correct format eg. 2025-11-01 13:00, and select a suitable Timezone.
3. Save Changes: Make sure to publish your changes to ensure the deadline is set.

Editing a Submission Deadline

If you need to extend the deadline or make any changes, you can do so easily:

1. Go to the Interview Settings: Open the interview settings where you initially set the deadline.
2. Change the Date: Adjust the 'Live Until' date to the new deadline you wish to set.
3. Save Your Changes: Always remember to publish any adjustments to update the interview settings.

Disabling a Submission Deadline

Should you decide to remove the deadline entirely, follow these steps:

1. Access the Interview Settings: Navigate to the settings of the specific interview.
2. Disable the Deadline: Use the slider to disable the deadline.
3. Save to Reactivate: Publish your changes to reactivate the interview for responses.
