Breezy HR Integration
Breezy HR’s recruiting integration with Willo allows you to seamlessly invite your candidates to a Willo interview. In this article, we will cover how to:
- Enable the Breezy HR integration
- Configure the integration for each interview
- Invite and review your video interviews
Note: Please be aware that this integration is subject to synchrnoization intervals and as a result, data will not live update. If you need more frequent synchronization intervals, please get in touch with support@willo.video
Enable the Breezy HR integration
Prerequisites
- Your company needs to be on the Pro plan of BreezyHR for the BreezyHR API to be enabled. This is the 'Enterprise'/custom plan of BreezyHR and you likely have a custom pricing setup with BreezyHR.
- You need to be an Admin in BreezyHR. If you are not an Admin, please reach out to your Administrator or IT department.
You know you are an Admin if you can see your Company Settings as indicated below after clicking the cog in the top left corner.
Instructions
BreezyHR uses your own Login information for integrations. For reliability, we highly recommend creating a new user in Breezy that will be used for this integration. Make sure the created user is an Admin.
Log into BreezyHR, then click on the cog in the top left corner, then on "Invite Members"
Click on "Invite Members":
Enter the name of an email you wish to use for the integration user, set their role to "Administrator" and press "Invite User(s)":
Finally, verify the email of the user you just created, then enter their email address and password into the connection flow:
Note: When the integration is first enabled, all required data will be synchronized. This may take several hours depending on the volume of data in your ATS. For the most seamless integration process, please ensure you have configured all of the jobs you wish to pull through to Willo before enabling the integration.
To get started, visit the Integrations page within the Willo application and search for the Breezy HR integration. Alternatively, click here.
Expand the integration tile and select Enable. This will launch a pop-up and you will need to grant access permissions to Willo in order for the integration to work.
Once you have enabled this, you will be taken through the authorization process onscreen in order to enable the integration.
Once this is done, you will have successfully enabled the integration - you should see an ‘Enabled’ status appear.
Configure the integration for each interview
Once you have enabled the integration, you will notice an integration dropdown within each of your interviews.
By clicking on this dropdown, you will see the most recent list of jobs imported from Breezy HR.
In order to connect one, or many jobs to this interview, you will need to select the desired job and corresponding trigger stage (the point in your process when an invite should be sent to the candidate) and select Apply as shown in the screenshot below:
Invite and review your video interviews
Once your BreezyHR job and Willo interview are successfully connected, each time you move a candidate to the defined stage(s) within BreezyHR then they will automatically receive an invitation to participate in the interview.
Once they have responded to the interview, Willo will send their response back to BreezyHR and you will be able to access it in the "Discussion" panel as outlined below:
- Log into your Breezy HR instance
- Go to the "Candidates" section at the bottom left
- Search for the candidate you want to look at
- Click on it to open the candidate view
- Open the "Discussion" panel to view the Willo interview link
Synchronization Intervals
Please be aware that this integration is subject to synchronization Intervals and as a result, data will not live update.
- Launch Plan: Synchronisation intervals up to 3 hours.
- Growth Plan: Synchronisation intervals up to 30 minutes.
- Scale and Enterprise Plans: Synchronisation intervals up to 5 minutes.
