Zapier Integration

Zapier lets you connect Willo with thousands of other apps and web services. Automated connections called Zaps, set up in minutes with no coding, can automate your day-to-day tasks and build workflows between apps that otherwise wouldn't be possible.

Each Zap has a Trigger, where your data comes from and an Action, where your data gets sent:

Willo Triggers

Trigger an event when something happens in Willo.

• New Video Response
• Stage change

Willo Actions

Send some data to Willo from Zapier.

• Invite someone to interview
• Create a new company profile
• Create a new interview

The process is very simple, requires no coding knowledge and the possibilities are only as wild as your imagination!

To get started you must have:

• An active paid Willo account
• An active Zapier account

Add Willo to your Zapier account:

When you are ready please add the Willo app to your Zapier account by searching for 'Willo' in the Zapier marketplace or clicking here.

Your API Key:

You'll need to copy and paste your personal API key into Zapier, you can do this in the Integrations tab:

Start building your Zaps:

You can then begin building your zaps with the super easy Zapier interface:
