Formatting phone numbers

When using any of our integrations or APIs you will need to ensure that any phone numbers you pass are in E.164 format. This is the international standard for phone numbers and typically looks like this +XX XXXXX XXXXX. 

If you are using Zapier this can be easily achieved by using the Formatter Zap before passing the number to Willo:

• Formatter > Number > Format Phone Number
