Willo allows employers to apply promotion codes during the checkout process when purchasing interviews or subscription plans. This guide explains how to add a promotion code before completing payment.
When to add a promotion code
Promotion codes must be entered during the checkout process before completing payment.
They are typically provided by:
• The Willo team
• A partner or promotion
• A special offer or campaign
How to redeem your coupon code
You must be the Account Owner or Admin to complete these steps.
- View our Pricing page by clicking this link. New customers can click the Upgrade button on any page within your Willo account.

- This will take you to our Pricing page, where you can then select your desired plan and contract length. If you are selecting either a Growth or Scale plan option, you can click the 'Get Started' button which will then take you through to the payment page.
If you would like to purchase an Enterprise plan, you can contact us by clicking the Book a demo CTA, or by clicking here.

- Click the 'Have promo code?' button.
- Add your promotion code in the box shown.
- Input your desired payment details.
- Click Subscribe!

If the promotion code does not work
If your promotion code is not accepted:
• Check that the code was entered exactly as provided
• Confirm that the code has not expired
• Make sure the code applies to the product or plan you selected
• Try refreshing the checkout page and entering the code again
If the issue continues, contact support with the code you are trying to use.
