All Willo plans include standard data retention, with candidate content automatically deleted after a set period depending on your plan.
If you need to keep candidate data for longer - for rehiring, compliance, or internal processes you can extend your retention period up to 7 years.

When Should You Extend Retention?
Extended retention is typically useful if you:
- Revisit candidates for future roles
- Build long-term talent pools
- Need to meet compliance or audit requirements
- Want access to historical interview data for training or review

What Happens If You Don’t Extend Retention?
If no extended retention is applied:
- Candidate data is automatically deleted after your plan’s retention period
- Deletion dates are visible within each candidate response at the bottom of the page
Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered under any circumstance.
