Data retention and deletion

By default, all media content that is uploaded by candidates is deleted automatically 6-months after it was created. 

We store and process all data in the UK on Amazon Web Services. Other residency locations including EU, AMER, MENA, APAC are available upon request.

When will my content be deleted?

You can see when a candidate's content will be deleted by scrolling to the bottom of any response page:

Click Delete to immediately delete the response.

Need to store content for longer?

To keep your content for longer please purchase an extended storage plan. You can extend your storage period up to 7 years, starting from $9.75 per month.
