Unable to move onto the next question

This can sometimes happen during the interview process, but don't worry, it's easy to get going again:

Try this first

  1. Close all other tabs and applications which might be using your webcam.
  2. Close any other Willo tabs if you have them open (You can only have the interview open in one tab).
  3. Click the secure lock next to the Willo URL and make sure you have Allow selected for both Camera and Microphone.
  4. Then, if you are using an external webcam, disconnect and reconnect it.
  5. Click Refresh in your browser, or press the F5 key.
  6. Please try to answer the question again by clicking Start Recording.

If that doesn't work

  1. Please check you are running the latest version of your browser. In Google Chrome click on the 3 dots in the top right > Help > About. Chrome version 85 or older will not work.
  2. Check your camera and microphone permissions:

    2. Firefox - camera permissions guide
  3. Check you are still connected to the internet by opening up another tab and visiting another website.
  4. Finally, if that doesn't work, please complete your interview on another device using the OffShootâ„¢ QR code.
