Unable to move onto the next question
This can sometimes happen during the interview process, but don't worry, it's easy to get going again:
Try this first
- Close all other tabs and applications which might be using your webcam.
- Close any other Willo tabs if you have them open (You can only have the interview open in one tab).
- Click the secure lock next to the Willo URL and make sure you have Allow selected for both Camera and Microphone.
- Then, if you are using an external webcam, disconnect and reconnect it.
- Click Refresh in your browser, or press the F5 key.
- Please try to answer the question again by clicking Start Recording.
If that doesn't work
- Please check you are running the latest version of your browser. In Google Chrome click on the 3 dots in the top right > Help > About. Chrome version 85 or older will not work.
- Check your camera and microphone permissions:

- Firefox - camera permissions guide
- Check you are still connected to the internet by opening up another tab and visiting another website.
- Finally, if that doesn't work, please complete your interview on another device using the OffShootâ„¢ QR code.
