Change my webcam or microphone
If you have more than 1 webcam or microphone connected to your computer you may wish to choose which one to use with Willo.
Change your default webcam
To switch to another webcam please follow these steps (Please note this only applies to Google Chrome):
Firstly, check the webcam you wish to use is plugged in and working.
- In a new tab navigate to chrome://settings/content/camera
- Choose your preferred camera from the dropdown.
- Head back to your Willo interview and click refresh.
Change your default microphone
To switch to another microphone please follow these steps (Please note this only applies to Google Chrome):
Firstly, check your microphone is connected and working.
- Open a new tab in your browser and navigate to chrome://settings/content/microphone
- Choose your preferred microphone from the dropdown.
- Head back to your Willo interview and click refresh.
Multiple Cameras?
If you have more than 1 camera you can switch between them during your interview by clicking on the camera icon shown below. It is possible to use a different camera for each question:
