Thinking of cancelling?

Before you fully cancel, most teams find one of these options fits better:

Pause your account (no charge)

If you’ve filled your role and don’t need Willo right now, pause your account - you’ll keep everything ready for your next hire.

The best option when:

  • Hiring complete / role filled
  • Between hiring cycles
  • Temporary budget pause

You can pause for up to 8 months, and reactivate anytime.

Your interviews, templates, and history stay exactly as they are.


Switch to a better-fit plan

You can see a full breakdown of our plans here. If you would like to update your plan to either Growth or Scale, you can do this by following our guide here.

Still want to cancel?

Totally fine — here’s how to do it.

  1. Head to the profile page from the navigation bar

  1. Click the 'Change Plan' button

  1. Once you are in the Willo Subscription Portal, view your current subscription

  1. Click on the 'Actions' dropdown button and click 'Cancel'

You will then be asked an optional reason for wanting to cancel your plan before your plan is cancelled.
