Cancel my subscription

You must be the account owner to complete these steps.

If you are thinking of cancelling or pausing your subscription for any reason, just speak to us on live chat now and we'll discuss options with you.

Cancel account

To cancel your Willo account simply send us a message, or follow these steps.
Visit your profile page, and click Update. Then  Cancel the plan for all 3 products, and choose a reason for cancellation:

You'll then see confirmation of the cancellation and the final date for access - after this date, you'll lose access to your account.

We'll obviously be sad to see you go, so please do tell us your reason for cancellation.

Please contact us, or log in and follow the steps shown on the screen to reactivate your account and start interviewing again.

Prefer to pause?

Maybe you just need a break. We get that. Pause your account and retain access to all your videos and other data for a small monthly fee of $8 / £8 for as long as you need.
