What equipment do I need?
In order to set up an account and create assessments within Willo you will need a device with a stable internet connection and speakers/headphones.
Browsers
For the best experience we recommend one of the following browsers are used:
- Google Chrome - Latest version
- Mozilla Firefox - Latest version
- Safari - Latest version
- Microsoft Edge - Latest version
Equipment
No special equipment is required, however, you will need a device with a good internet connection (greater than 5mb/s upload and download).
Sometimes firewalls and custom browser plug-ins can cause issues - if this occurs please contact us and we can assist.
Pro tip: If you work in a noisy or busy environment you may find that headphones make it easier to review candidate responses.
