Paradox Integration

Paradox's recruiting integration with Willo allows you to seamlessly invite your candidates to a Willo interview. In this article, we will cover how to:

Enable the Paradox integration
Configure the integration for each interview
Invite and review your video interviews

Enable the Paradox integration

Note: When the integration is enabled, all data will be synchronized. The next synchronization could be up to 3 hours later. For the most seamless integration process, please ensure you have configured all of the jobs you wish to pull through to Willo before enabling the integration.

To get started, visit the Integrations page within the Willo application and search for the Paradox integration. Alternatively, click here.

Expand the integration tile and select Enable. This will launch a pop-up and you will need to grant access permissions to Willo in order for the integration to work.

Once you have enabled this, you will be taken through the authorization process onscreen in order to enable the integration.

How to get your Account ID and API Secret

Click on your user icon in the upper right of the screen then "My Profile"

2. In the "My Profile" page, click on "Settings"

3. A new settings window pops up. Copy the "Account ID" and the "API Secret"

Important: Never click "Generate new API Secret" unless you are certain you want to do this. It will break existing integrations your company depends on.

How to get your XML Jobs Feed URL

Click on "All Apps" on the upper left of your screen, then settings.

2. Scroll down to the "Jobs" section and click on "Jobs Manager"

3. In the Jobs Manager, follow these steps:

Go to the "Job Distribution" section
Click the 3 dots next to "Standard Job Feed"
Click "Copy account level feed"

You now have a link to your Jobs XML feed that the integration can use to retrieve jobs.

4. Configure visible fields. We need to expose some additional fields in Paradox. To open this menu, click "View account level field"

5. Enable jobreqid

This field is important, as it provides us the identifier for the job

How to connect your Paradox data

Click the connection link you have been provided. You will see a screen with the requested scopes.

2. Enter the Account ID and Client Secret you obtained in Paradox. Also select the API url. For production instances this is usually api.paradox.ai or api.eu1.paradox.ai

3. If the Jobs scope is enabled, you will also see the field to enter your jobs feed URL. Paste in the XML Job Feed URL from Paradox.

4. The form will then test your credentials and you will see the integration has succeeded.
