Assessment Ownership

Who can manage an assessment?

When you create an assessment on Willo, you are automatically set as the owner of that assessment. This means you’re the main person responsible for managing it.

What does being the owner mean?

  • You can edit and update the assessment settings at any time.
  • The assessment dashboard can be filtered by your name to find the assessment.
  • If you invite candidates to Willo using the automated emails, they will be signed off by you.

💡Note: If someone replies to their invite email, their message will go directly to the inbox of the assessment owner.

Who else can make changes?

Only admin users and the assessment owner can make changes to the assessment. Standard users can still view the responses if they have access, but they won’t be able to:

  • Edit assessment questions
  • Change deadlines or assessment settings
  • Accept or reject candidates

All users can still duplicate an assessment to create a new one under their ownership.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • How do I know who the owner is?
    • You can check who owns the assessment on the assessment dashboard; the owner’s name will appear next to the assessment name.
  • What happens if the owner is deactivated or leaves the company?
    • Ownership of the assessment will revert to the owner of the agency if the original creator is deactivated.
  • What if multiple people need to manage the same assessment?
    • Users who are not the owner can still take part in reviewing responses, without needing to be the primary owner.
