Willo automatically expires interviews that have been inactive for 180 days—meaning they have not received any new candidate responses during this time.

What Happens to Expired Interviews?

• Expired interviews will no longer be accessible for new candidates.
• Existing responses remain available for review in your dashboard.
• If needed, you can reopen or duplicate an expired interview to relaunch it.
