Internet Connectivity

Willo was specifically designed to support users working in locations with poor internet connectivity and/or working remotely.

We provide 24/7 live chat support so you can ask any questions - we can also check to see if your data was successfully uploaded.

Minimum requirements

Minimum internet upload and download speed of 5mbps - If your internet connection is slower than 5mbps we suggest using an alternative connection.
Internet connection must be stable - If it cuts out frequently we suggest finding another connection.
Connection must allow for the upload of video content - Ask your internet service provider or company IT team if you have any firewall or security settings that may cause issues.
