Internet connectivity

Good to know

Willo was specifically designed to support users working in locations with poor internet connectivity and/or working remotely.

Minimum requirements 

• Minimum internet upload and download speed of 5mbps - If your internet connection is slower than 5mbps we suggest using an alternative connection. 
• Internet connection must be stable - If it cuts out frequently we suggest finding another connection.
• Connection must allow for the upload of video content - Ask your internet service provider or company IT team if you have any firewall or security settings that may cause issues.

Test your internet speed

You'll need at least 5mbps upload and download speed to interview successfully with Willo. Check your speed online by searching for "Internet Speed Test" using any search engine.
