It is a decision-support feature. It does not make final hiring decisions on behalf of customers. Hiring teams remain responsible for reviewing candidate information, applying their own judgement, and making employment decisions.

Customers using Willo Insights are expected to maintain appropriate human oversight over hiring decisions informed by the platform. AI-generated outputs should be reviewed as part of a broader hiring process and should not be treated as the sole basis for a decision.
