Fix “Page Not Found” when opening your Willo invite from Indeed

If you received a Willo interview invite through Indeed messages and see a “Page not found” error when opening the link, don’t worry. This is usually caused by how Indeed handles external links rather than a problem with your interview.

In most cases, the interview link still works — it just needs to be opened a different way.

Instead of clicking the link inside the Indeed message:

  1. Copy the full interview link from the message.
  2. Open your web browser (Google Chrome works best).
  3. Paste the link into the address bar at the top of the browser.
  4. Press Enter.

This usually resolves the issue immediately.

If copying the link doesn’t work, you can also type the invite link manually into your browser.

Typing the link directly can bypass the redirect that sometimes happens in Indeed messages.

Sometimes browser extensions or stored cookies can interfere with links.

Opening the link in a private browsing window can help.

In Chrome

  1. Open Chrome
  2. Click the three-dot menu in the top right
  3. Select New Incognito Window
  4. Paste the interview link into the address bar

In Safari

  1. Click File
  2. Select New Private Window
  3. Paste the interview link into the address bar

Still having trouble?

If the link still does not work, contact the employer who sent the interview and ask them to resend the invite link.
