Acceptable Usage

You may not access or use the Site (willo.video and willotalent.com) for any purpose other than that for which we make the site and our services available. The Site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavours except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.

As a user of this Site, you agree not to breach any of the following terms:

AI features and automated decision-making

These terms apply to all AI-assisted features within the Willo platform. They reflect both yours and Willo's obligations under applicable legislation.

  • Make any hiring decision based solely or primarily on AI-generated outputs. All AI outputs must be reviewed by a suitably qualified human representative before being acted upon.
  • Tell candidates that AI-generated outputs are definitive or objective assessments of their suitability for a role.
  • Use AI features in a way that discriminates against candidates on the basis of any protected characteristic under the Equality Act 2010 or other applicable equality legislation.
  • Make automated hiring decisions about candidates without meaningful human involvement, as required under the EU AI Act and UK GDPR Article 22.
  • Use any AI feature as the sole basis for a decision that produces a legal or similarly significant effect on a candidate, without first implementing any required human review processes required under applicable law, including automated decision-making technology regulations applicable in your jurisdiction.

You are responsible as data controller for informing candidates that AI-assisted tools are used in your recruitment process, in accordance with your transparency obligations under applicable data protection and AI legislation, including but not limited to UK GDPR Articles 13–14 and EU AI Act Article 13. If you are interviewing candidates located in jurisdictions with specific AI or biometric privacy laws (including the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act), you are responsible for ensuring compliance with any applicable notice, consent, and data handling requirements in those jurisdictions.

Data and privacy

  • Use the Service to publish content that solicits or requires candidates to disclose Special Category Data (such as health, biometric, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, or sexual orientation) or other highly sensitive personal data. This does not prevent collection of standard recruitment information where you have a lawful basis to do so.
  • Capture or store sensitive data which could be used for impersonation or identity theft.
  • Systematically retrieve data or other content from the Site to compile a database or directory without written permission from us.
  • Use any information obtained from the Site in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person.
  • Misrepresent experience, skills, or information about a user.

Security and platform integrity

  • Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Site, including features that prevent or restrict the use or copying of any content or enforce limitations on use.
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the Site or the networks and services connected to the Site.
  • Upload or transmit (or attempt to upload or transmit) viruses, Trojan horses, or other material that interferes with any party's uninterrupted use and enjoyment of the Site, or any material that acts as a passive or active information collection or transmission mechanism.
  • Decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software comprising or in any way making up a part of the Site.
  • Attempt to access any portions of the Site that you are restricted from accessing.
  • Engage in any automated use of the system, including using scripts to send comments or messages, robots, scrapers, offline readers, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.
  • Engage in unauthorised framing of or linking to the Site.

Account and identity

  • Make any unauthorised use of the Site, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of users to send unsolicited email, or creating user accounts under false pretences.
  • Attempt to impersonate another user or person, or use the username of another user.
  • Sell or otherwise transfer your profile.
  • Trick, defraud, or mislead us and other users, especially in any attempt to learn sensitive account information such as user passwords.
  • Falsely imply a relationship with us or another company with whom you do not have a relationship.

Commercial and competitive misuse

  • Use a buying agent or purchasing agent to make purchases on the Site.
  • Use the Site to advertise or sell goods and services not intended by us.
  • Use the Site or our content as part of any effort to compete with us or to create a revenue-generating endeavour or commercial enterprise.
  • List interviews relating to illegal activity, cryptocurrency, web3, blockchain, explicit adult content, or digital tokens.

Content and conduct

  • Make improper use of our support services, or submit false reports of abuse or misconduct.
  • Harass, annoy, intimidate, or threaten any of our employees, agents, or other users.
  • Threaten users with negative feedback or offer services solely to give positive feedback to users.
  • Disparage, tarnish, or otherwise harm, in our opinion, us and/or the Site.
  • Use the Site in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations.

Intellectual property

  • Delete the copyright or other proprietary rights notice from any content on the Site.
  • Copy or adapt the Site's software, including but not limited to Flash, PHP, HTML, JavaScript, or other code.

Detecting misuse

We have automated and manual systems for detecting fraudulent behaviour.

  • We use Stripe Radar for payment, analytics, and other business services. Stripe collects identifying information about the devices that connect to its services to detect and prevent fraud.
  • We also work with government anti-scam agencies and law enforcement to detect and remove suspicious users.

We reserve the right to delete accounts or content violating any of these terms without notice.

We have a fair usage policy in place - for each user on the site:

2026 Growth Plan

  • 1,440 interview responses per year
  • 1,800 SMS invites per year

2026 Scale Plan

  • 9,000 interview responses per year
  • 10,800 SMS invites per year

Enterprise & Build Plan
