Refund Policy
At Willo, all of our paid plans are monthly or annual subscriptions. We take an upfront payment (pro-rate) for the full month or calendar year based on the plan you select to help you hire faster, easier, and bias-free.
When you upgrade your account to any of our paid plans, you can use the platform, identity checks, additional storage or SMS credits included in the plan for the following period. If you decide to downgrade or cancel your subscription, no refund will be issued for any unused months, identity checks, additional storage or SMS credits, because your account will still be active and you will be able to use these until the end of your subscription period.
We’re certain that you will experience better candidate screening within the first 30 days of your subscription, so we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, where we will refund your full subscription if the following conditions are met:
- Your refund claim is within 30 days of your purchase of a paid plan
- You have used Willo to interview at least 10 candidates
- Any paid plan except API or Build.
Please note that there is no refund for add-on charges such as used SMS invites, if applicable.
